• Use a gentle cleanser to clean your skin 2-3 times daily.
  • Take plenty of fluids daily like water n fruit juices.
  • Use a mild scrub to gently remove rough dead skin  one or two times a week  depending on how sensitive your skin is.
  • Apply good moisturizer having twice daily to keep upper skin surface hydrated and moist to help  it to protect from environmental trauma and effects of  pollution .
  • Never forget to apply sunscreen of good quality to protect from  UVA and UVB effects. Ideally, it should be applied in a thick layer 30 mins before going outside covering all exposed skin.
  • If your age is more than 30 years then use anti-ageing cream at night as per your dermatologist's guidance.
