HOW TO OVERCOME THE STRESS 

1) Laugh


 Find a way to laugh about your own situations and watch your stress begin to fade away. Even if it feels forced at first, practice laughing. It does your body good. It lowers cortisol, your body’s stress hormone, and boosts brain chemicals called endorphins, which help your mood. 

2) Sleep


Stress can impact your life in many ways, including negatively affecting the quality of your sleep. You lie in bed, worrying and feeling anxious, which makes it almost impossible to relax and quiet your mind enough to fall asleep. so, if you want stress relieve life, sleep is essential

3) Exercise


Exercise in almost any form can act as a stress reliever. Being active can boost your feel-good endorphins and distract you from daily worries. Just 30 to 45 minutes of exercise three times a week can make you feel much healthier and in control of your own life.

4) Balanced Diet


Maintaining the right diet is the key to reducing stress. Well-nourished bodies are better able to cope with the physical and emotional side effects of stress.

5) Meditate


Increased your spirituality level. A few minutes of practice per day can help ease anxiety.  

6) Social life


Be active in your social life. Social support from friends and family can help you get through stressful times. Being part of a friend network gives you a sense of belonging and self-worth, which can help you in tough times.
