Do's in pregnancy

- Eat your food at regular intervals of two to three .hours,small quantity but frequently

Eat some biscuits before getting up from bed early in the morning to lessen your morning sickness

Drink lots of water 

Be mobile until and unless not advised against by your gynaecologist

Go for your antenatal check up regularly even if you are not having any problems

Adequate rest of at least 8 hours sleep at night and one hour rest in the afternoon if possible

DO'NTS IN PREGNANCY

Avoid eating food from outside

Do not drink processed canned juice or drinks

Avoid doing heavy work

Always consult your gynaecologist for any medication. do not self medicate

Do not strain while passing stool. Contact your doctor in case you have constipation

Avoid travelling in the first 3 months and last 3 months

Avoid intercourse in the first 3 months and last 3 months
