Losing weight does not only require time and dedication but also plenty of motivation. And this motivational transformation of 20 year old boy will definitely get you started with your weight-loss regime. 20-year-old Rohan not only burnt fat and got fit by losing 13kg in just over 3 months, but also built impressive six-pack abs. He tells us all about his fitness journey.

Before joining askyourdiet diet and workout plan, Rohan led an active lifestyle. He would hit the gym at least six times a week and workout for 90 minutes each day. By religiously following this routine, he brought his weight down from 100 kg to 88 kg within six months.  But Rohan's main motive was to get rid of his stubborn belly fat. He says, “My goal was to get ripped and get a six pack. After 16 weeks, I lost 13 kg and lost about 10 kg fat mass. I was down from 28 per cent body fat to about 12 per cent body fat. That was more than I could ever imagine.”
