Make yourself healthy in all spheres..Physical, Psychological, Spiritual , Social and intellectual

Weekly Health Practice : 5 days/week

1. Be a 5am Club Member.

2. Meditation 5 mins

3. Self Introspection with closed eyes for 5 mins.

4. Free Hand Exercises for 1/2 hour. Morning walk(Brisk) for 1/2 hour.

5. Read 5 Life Quotations and write in a Journal. Read Self help books and Autobiography.

6. Drink 2.5 Litres of water per day(Preferably earthenware container). Start with warm lemon drink.

7. At least help one person & make some one smile

8. Go to bed early.

9. Do not watch TV/NEWS before going to bed.

10. Keep mobile phone 5 feet  away from bed.
