Proper exercise ,nutrition and sleep is the answer for this !

Obtaining an acceptable definition of fitness or being healthy is difficult as they are often very vague and generalized ! Fitness can be very individual and it depends on lot of factors. But achieving basic level of fitness should be every person goal to lead a healthy life.

Let us  first understand what are the components of Fitness-

1.Cardiorespiratory endurance - typically measured by how long or fast a person can perform an activity and how this impacts measurements such as heart rate and oxygen consumption.

2.Muscular endurance - typically measured by how many repetitions of an exercise a person can perform. Common tests involve push-ups and sit ups.

4.Flexibility - typically measured by how far a muscle group can be stretched or joint can be moved. The most common tests involve the hamstrings and shoulders.

5.Balance - typically measured by how long a particular position can be held with or without some type of activity being performed. Simple tests such as standing on one leg can be used to assess balance. More advanced tests may involve standing on an unsteady object while trying to catch a ball.

6.Speed - typically measured by how quickly an individual can move from one point to another. The 40-yard dash is often used to assess speed.

7.Body composition - this is the amount of fat on the body versus other tissues such as muscle, bones and skin.It is measured using a variety of tests and devices.Be aware that it is just a part of fitness not the  whole thing. So always aim at loosing weight healthy way.

 To achieve these component our exercises should be a mix up of cardio exercises like running ,jogging,walking, swimming,cycling,dancing, aerobics or zumba.

Strength training like pushups, squats , plank, core strengthening exercises , dumbells or gymming etc.

Streching  with various streches and yoga poses.

 Balancing exercises like standing on one leg or balacing on a vowel board or swiss ball.

 Interval training or stair climbing  for achieving speed.

 Pranayama and meditation for mental fitness.Hence for achieving an overall fitness, we need to mix these exercises and we should exercise ideally 5 to 6 days in a week.

Apart from this eaing balanced and healthy diet and drinking enough water and fluids is also important.Everyday 6 to 8 hours of sleep is absolutely necessary . So the mantra to gain fitness is eat  exercise sleep and repeat whole thing  to be fit and energetic.
