Palming is the most basic eye exercise/relaxation technique.

Palming gives almost immediate relief to tired strained eyes, and it’s a great eye exercise to do every couple of hours when you are on the computer.

Method:

  1. Warm your hands by rubbing them together
  2. Close your eyes and place your warm palms over them for 30 secs, without applying pressure on the eyelids
  3. Slowly open your eyes and look around. 

Repeat the process 3 to 5 times at a sitting a few times a day.
