Palming is the most basic eye exercise/relaxation technique.
Palming gives almost immediate relief to tired strained eyes, and it’s a great eye exercise to do every couple of hours when you are on the computer.
- Warm your hands by rubbing them together
- Close your eyes and place your warm palms over them for 30 secs, without applying pressure on the eyelids
- Slowly open your eyes and look around.
Repeat the process 3 to 5 times at a sitting a few times a day.
