Clients/patients wishing to avail of online consultation may contact me to complete certain formalities before the actual online consultation is offered. Online consultation is via Skype account. Consultation will be only between 2 pm -4 (Monday to Saturday ) after confirmed prior appointment through phone or email. No prescription will be generated & sent by any means. A declaration form will have to be signed & sent to my clinic address as a matter of professional / legal requirement. No certificate of having attended/availed online consultation will be issued any time in future.Consultation fees will have to be paid in advance.
