- Eating a balanced diet means eating the right food to maintain a healthy body and healthy weight.
- Diabetes is a leading cause of blindness in adults. Regular check up of complete eye which include detailed retinal evaluation.
- Quit smoking, alcohol and refrain from any kind of drug addiction.
- Wear sunglasses to protect your eyes from the harmful effects of ultraviolet rays
- Breaks in between use of computer to avoid fatigued eyes. Perform eye exercise to avoid eye strain.
- Protect your eyes while playing with protective eye gears/ glasses
- Visit your eye doctor at least once in a year for a routine check up.
