• Massage your scalp twice weekly to improve microcirculation to hair roots.
  • Use shampoos 2-3 times in a week.
  • Preferably use mild shampoo & conditioner to maintain healthy scalp & hair.
  • Before shampooing, comb your hair to remove dirt & dead cells from your scalp.
  • After shampoo, rinse your hair with lukewarm water.

  • Eat balanced diet with right amount of nutrients for healthy hair.
  • Exercise regularly for increased blood flow which promotes healthy & shiny hair growth.
  • Do practice yoga or meditation to reduce stress.
  • Rigorously follow the prescribed medicines and treatment as suggested by your doctor.
