Without our knowledge, Pain is occupying major part of our life. It may be physical or mind related pain. But, whatever, Pain is pain. Pain is good , unless if its leave any scar or wound.

                In day to life, we are facing lot of pains. And sometimes it may be chronic.

  • Dont conscious about your pain. Be updated in your present situation.
  • Reduce your stress level.
  •  Take deep breadth and enjoy the current circumstances.
  • While in pain, focus your attention on a pleasant place, that you can imagine that you are going to that place, or talking to the special people etc. .That you feel safe and relaxed.
  • Take massage or oil bath at-least weekly once. it will rejuvenate your body.
  • Talking Therapy
  •   While in pain, talk about your pain in another person. it will reduce your pain intensity. 

    • Do yoga and Asana in your daily life. It will boost up your health and mind.

                            Pain is healthy . only it can not occupy your mind level. 

    if you have pain only you can achieve everything.so, it should be a healthy.

    but, if you have pain in your physical level, it is an warning sign of the disease. so, should not estimate the pain from any level.
