A 36-year-Old female had a history of Back pain with Both Lower Limb sciatica-like pain since 2 years. Her pain used to increase with standing and walking and she felt better at rest. Her symptoms had worsened over last few weeks and she had developed a list. Her MRI showed huge slip disc at L4-5 level with severe lumbar canal stenosis. She had tried different non-operative measures but her pain was not improving. She underwent L4-5 discectomy and Fusion (TLIF). She had significant improvement in her pain post surgery and was able to resume her work in 2 weeks.
