Treatment to re-implant as soon as possible and then to stabilize the replanted tooth in itsanatomically correct location to optimize healing of the periodontal ligamentand neurovascular supply while maintaining esthetic and functional integrity
Primary(Milk) teeth due to risk of damage of permanent bud, hence not re-implanted.
Flexible splinting for 2 weeks is indicated.
Tetanus prophylaxis and antibiotic coverage shouldbe considered
