  • Drink plenty of water and other fluids-

Daily requirement of water and fluids for our body is 3.7 lit in adult male (12-15 glass) and 2.7 lit (9-11 glass) in adult female. In addition to this have liquids like vegetable soup and vegetable/fruit juices.

  • Get enough exercise-

Regular exercise of 10-20 minutes daily makes your digestive system active and healthy.

  • Get adequate sleep-

Get at least 6-7 hour sleep at regular timing
