1. Cluster Fig Face Mask 

This face mask can be of great benefit for rejuvenating your skin and making it look bright and beautiful. 

It is great for managing common skin problems such as pigmentation, wrinkles and fine lines.

 Directions:

  • Smash 2 medium-sized ripe cluster figs and add a few drops of lemon to it.

  • Mix both the ingredients uniformly, wait for 5 minutes and apply a thin layer over your face, neck, hands, legs. 

  • You can keep it overnight or wash it off after 20 to 30 minutes.

  • You can apply this face mask 2 to 3 times a week.

Both these ingredients have great antioxidant properties and help in boosting collagen production. 

It helps remove dead skin cells, remove skin tan, and also helps prevent acne.

2. Gram Flour, Turmeric And Milk Face Pack

Besides being an integral ingredient of Indian cuisine, gram flour (besan) can also work magically for your skin. 

It helps remove excess oil from your skin and gives you bright and glowing skin.

 Directions:

  • Take 2 tablespoons of besan and add half a tablespoon of turmeric to it. 

  • Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of raw milk to the mixture and mix the ingredients uniformly to form a thick paste. 

  • The consistency of the paste should not be too thick, therefore make sure to add milk accordingly. 

  • Apply the paste to your face and let it sit for 15 to 20 minutes. Once it dries, you can wash it off with warm water. 

This wonderful face mask will surely help in fighting numerous skin problems including blemishes, acne, pimples, and dull skin.

Gram flour has alkalizing properties and can also be used as a cleanser. With its exfoliating properties, it effectively removes dead skin cells making your skin soft and supple.

3. Oatmeal Face Mask

Oatmeal helps keep your skin hydrated, soft and supple. 

It also acts as an excellent exfoliator for your skin and helps remove excess oil from the skin surface.

 Directions:

  • Combine half a cup of hot water and one-third cup of oatmeal.

  • Once the water and oatmeal have settled for two to three minutes, mix two tablespoons of yoghurt into it.

  • Then add two tablespoons of honey and one small egg white. Mix the ingredients to form a smooth paste.

  • Apply a thin layer of the mask onto your face and let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes. Then rinse with warm water. 

Using colloidal oatmeal helps in alleviating symptoms of dry skin such as itching and scaling. It is also beneficial in managing symptoms of skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis.

These facemasks can be easily made at home and with regular use, you can get healthy, glowing skin. Make sure that you are not allergic to any ingredient used in the face pack. Perform a patch test before applying them to your face.
