Doctor is nice and friendly. She explained us the problem and did not force us to take decision in hurry unlike the other doctors.On the day of surgery, everything was well managed.The surgery was small hence took around 1 hour. And then the recovery was also fast. After 5 hours, I was able to stand and walk on my own.The nursing staff is very compassionate and responsive. We did not need to call them every time. All of the them were visiting as per their turn to have a check on us.After surgery, we had to pay 3 visits to the hospital for dressing and stitches removal. These follow up visits are not charged by the doctor. I would highly recommend this hospital if anyone is looking for a reliable laparoscopic surgeon in Gwalior.
