very bad. I was confirmed an appointment with Dr. Pranab Kumar Chowdhury at 10-30 AM on 18th of Dec 18 but surprisingly on my arrival I was informed at the reception that Dr. Pranab Kumar Chowdhury never attend patient before 6-00 PM everyday. This was really inconvenient as I have traveled all the way from Shillong for my check up. When the doctor is not available at 10-30 Am why confirm the appointment?
