Dr. Dip Jyoti Baruah

I am writing this feedback to express my immense gratitude and satisfaction with the orthodontic treatment I received from Dr. Dip Jyoti Baruah. As someone who values quality and excellence, I had high expectations when I began my treatment journey, and I am delighted to say that Dr. Baruah and his team exceeded them in every way.

I want to say I'm honestly thankfull.. Dr. Dip Jyoti Baruah treats his patients really well with friendly atmosphere which makes the patient comfortable. Im like really bad at opening up or making conversation or talking when meeting someone new or people but within the whole treatment and the doctors way of treating patient giving health advices is really great and makes easy and comfortable to talk to. sometime I would miss the date or I wouldnt go for the treatment and the doctor would check me on up or call.

Talking about my experience, I have already had an orthodontic treatment from someone very known which was a big failure. He wasted 2 years of my life, my money and not only that, he made my teeth worse. They became more protruded. Not only that, the arch in my smile was gone and all the teeth had fallen into a straight line. My first two molars went up and rest of the teeth came down. It looked really bad. That was when I came to know about Dr Dipjyoti Baruah. My treatment under him started around 19 months back. I have had around 9 settings till now. Unfortunately we had a lockdown due to covid, orelse it could be more. But I can already see a huge difference. I have had 4 tooth extracted. The gap has almost closed. The arch in my smile is coming back. My teeth are aligned. The protrusion has minimalised. Now my teeth looks so much straighter. I am very satisfied with my treatment.

I met Dr Dip Jyoti Baruah about 2 years ago for fixing metal braces on my daughter's teeth. He explained to me and my daughter the entire procedure very patiently before starting the treatment .I was impressed by his friendly behaviour , he made my daughter comfortable before starting any process so that she is not scared and kept asking her if she is having any pain or any other problem. In the begining , my daughter had a little discomfort with the braces but very soon she got used to it. He does his work patiently and with full concentration and is never in a rush. I also liked his punctuality, I never had to wait for him. Also he adjusted the appointments as per my daughters schedule as she is in a boarding school. He would resolve any queries I had, over the phone or whatsapp as soon as he can inspite of his busy schedule. My daughter has been now given a retainer to be used for about 6 months after removing of the braces for permanent effective result. The entire treatment period went very smoothly and I am very thankful and grateful to Dr Dip Jyoti for treating my daughter and I am immensely satisfied with the result. I would strongly recommend him .Thank you.
