I took an appointment 2 days prior as I was located near tamulpur which 110 kms away from Aditya tower . While I was taking appointment, I was told that doc Goswami will be available from 1230 to 130 hrs .As we traveled from 110km away and with a concern that we will reach late , we started early and reached half an hour before the appointment time which was 1230 hrs . The doc reached around 35 min late i.e. 1305 hrs . The staff in the reception was so pathetic that inpite if asking them thrice after 1230 hrs about doc arrival they had no answer except that the doctor is about to reach .

Since we were coming for quite a distance and the doc was late so I requested the assistant of doc Goswami if we can be given priority , on which she told me that it will be done in reception and when I went to reception for the same , they told me to speak to Doc Godwami's assistant. The act was a clear act of non professionalism both by staff and individual present in reception . In addition to it of course Doc Goswami's ** ****** punctuality of being 35 min late .

The experience was further drastically worse when doc wrote few test after consultation and told us to go to reception . The individual present in receptio told us that the test is done in our hospital after 1730 hrs . Just imagine , someone has booked an appointment in a well known hospital thinking that he would atleast get good service AND INSPITE OF REACHING HALF AN HOUR PRIOR , ** ****** *********** *** ******* *** ** *** **** *** THEN IT WAS TOLD THAT WE WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR TEST FOR 4.5 MORE HOURS AND OFCOURSE THEN WE HAVE TO TRAVEL BACK TO OUR HOME WHICH WAS 2.5 HRS AWAY .

IN ADDITION TO IT THE CONSULTATION CHARGES SHOWN ONLINE WAS RS 500 AND THE CONSULTATION CHARGES THEY TOOK FROM US WAS RS 800 . **** * **** ** ********* ******** ** ***** ** **** ******** ** * ****** ****** ** *** ***** **** ******* ** ** *********** * ******** * **** ** *** ************ *** ***** *** **** **** *** ********* *** *** ** ******** ** ** **** *** ************ **** ** *** ******* ** *** ********* ****** * FINANCIAL LOSS IS THERE BUT STILL ITS TOO LESS THAN THE LOSS OF TIME AND UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR .

I ONLY BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT IN ADITYA TOWER THINKING THAT I WILL SAVE ON 15 MIN AS LAST TIME I WENT TO PRATIKSHA HOSPITAL.

I WOULD LIKE TO JUST CONVEY THAT THE INCIDENT JUST SHOWS COMPLETE NON PROFESSIONALISM AND UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR BY BOTH STAFF AND DOCTOR .

I would highly recommend him if any patient has issue related to neurology...Right from my dad, uncle, aunt and to myself we have been following him since last year... I've been experiencing a cervical issue since past few months...now after medication , I am recovering well...

no doubt the experience and behaviour of doctor is excellent. but administration should give priority to totally disabled patient. so, request to administration to look in to the matter in humility ground.
