I visited Dr anup for post fracture stiffness in my left ankle. Although I don't have a reference to compare with to say whether dr anup is best or not but want to share my experience. I went to doc anup with an extremely stiff ankle, when all surgeons told me that I would never be able walk without limp and would live with a compromised foot, dr anup was alone assuring me that I would be normal provided I do all the needed effort and he kept motivating me. His never loosing hope attitude pushed me to believe in him which did wonders to my recovery. My recovery was slow but consistent to a normal foot and today I can actualy walk without limp.

I would say dr anup is highly skilled PT around. During my 3 month long stay with him I witnessed lots of patient coming crying with pain and in few weeks going fit.

I would like to share my experience of back pain.

I had severe back pain which radiates through left leg .I was not able to sit and move,then one of my friends suggested me to consult DR Anoop Jain for Psyotherapy .
