Before I had been to Ahamyo I was in no condition to walk straight. I used to wobble while walking when I went to ortho he said I have osteo arthritis in both my knee and need surgery .At my age surgery would be risky for me definitely so I went for 2nd opinion as my kids suggested for Ahamyo.Really they saved my life in a way. Within 15 sessions I felt difference in my wobbling which they say gait. I have much more strength now and my knees do not pain on regular basis. I had a fall from stairs and shoulder fracture. I could not go for surgery due to my heart condition. Hence I took physiotherapy for rehabilitation of condition. The assessment was really well and I got to know many new things related to my injury which I had to take care of for quick recovery. The treatment was well explained and executed daily with a lot of hard work and focus on manual exercises. Now I am much better and after 2 weeks of treatment back to doing daily work. Considering this was my first experience towards Physiotherapy, and the sessions were quite friendly and professional.

I was being treated for a 40ft fall from the roof where I had multiple fractures on my back, around the spine, a mildly displaced scapula and large laceration on my right palm post discharge.

Dr Shivani Tomar, throughout the sessions explained how there may be a difference in the way one may feel and advised to continue with the exercises post sessions as well making it clear that one needs to continue post sessions as well.

I didn't get the satisfactory reasoning that she gave for my problem, and per session therapy cost is too much, not worth it.

I went to Dr. Shivani for post operative physiotherapy for my left shoulder after recurrent shoulder dislocation. She created a personalized protocol for me depending on my goal. We started with strengthening, stretching and range of motion exercises and later progressed to advance exercises. The result is that im now able to carry out my activities pain free and feel my shoulder a lot strengthened. I highly recommend her.
