Before I had been to Ahamyo I was in no condition to walk straight. I used to wobble while walking when I went to ortho he said I have osteo arthritis in both my knee and need surgery .At my age surgery would be risky for me definitely so I went for 2nd opinion as my kids suggested for Ahamyo.Really they saved my life in a way. Within 15 sessions I felt difference in my wobbling which they say gait. I have much more strength now and my knees do not pain on regular basis. I now walk ro market independently and have also joined their senior care program MOTIVAGE which has boosted my mind and memory also. Great full to the team ahamyo . The assessment was really well and I got to know many new things related to my injury which I had to take care of for quick recovery. The treatment was well explained and executed daily with a lot of hard work and focus on manual exercises. Now I am much better and after 2 weeks of treatment back to doing daily work.
