In lockdown, I suffered from intrusive , rumination thoughts . With time my mental health get worse. I couldn't study and neither I could focus on anything. But after taking few sessions with her, my suicidal ideation vanished and gradually my depression and OCD also started vanishing. I can easily tell my problems to her because of her polite and calm nature. Her behaviour is too good and friendly. I just have to put little efforts and gradually things get better using techniques provided by her.

My therapist,she provided an excellent service particularly through using CBT techniques and PMR techniques muscles relaxation and grounded at the time of anxiety and also breathing exercises and many more. I noticed a significant improvement in my anxiety Disorder condition by following each session.
