I had injury / Fracture of Radial Head (Elbow of left hand) and My Orthopaedic Surgeon recommended me physiotherapy. As my Elbow, Wrist, Finger movement and Shoulder was in the frozen condition. My Hand was in 90-degree angle almost, Extension and Flexion of Hand wasn’t possible. Holding a glass of water was challenge for me. Even I was unable to sleep properly.
