I Visited Dr. Parul as I was dealing with a lot of Stress and Anxiety. Dr. Parul Singh is a very professional doctor and I am happy that I decided to visit her for my stress related issues which I was dealing from the past couple of months. I was struggling with myself lately and felt like I was never happy about anything in life. I disconnected myself from my friends and family because of the continues stress I was in, which further caused me a lot of depression. I felt like my world is falling apart and everyday I was full of doubts and confusion in my mind about everything I do. Although the problems were there in my past which Dr. Parul was able to figure out after a session and she listened to all my problems pretty well. It's been 3 months since my treatment started and I am already seeing some positives in my body language and the way i think. I feel less stressed now and more confident about myself. I would highly recommend Dr. Parul Singh to anyone who is suffering from Stress related issues or someone living in depression or some mental health problems, i feel like she can help you the right way. I started my sessions with Parul when I was going through a big life change and needed to understand how to navigate through the emotions I was feeling. I started visiting Dr. Parul for counseling as I was undergoing depression which was exacerbated by anxiety and confusion regarding my career choices. However, within only 3-4 visits, I started getting a lot of clarity in my mind as a result of counseling and communication with Dr. Parul. The whole process takes time, and I was already in a completely changed state of mind after about 6 months of visits.
