Niharika is undoubtedly an excellent therapist with an in-depth understanding of mental health issues. Her kindness, empathy and respectful approach made it very easy for me to get comfortable right from day one and share my OCD symptoms without any hesitation. She was also extremely patient and never made me feel rushed.
The treatment plan was highly customised to my individual needs and she guided me step by step throughout the entire process. Within a few months of therapy, I could feel a distinct improvement in my mental health by applying the tools and techniques that she taught me.
