Considering the opinion of my husband, I made up my mind to meet Dr. Sunaina (nearest nutritionist from my home also ). Particularly i was afraid of a nutritionist before meeting with Dr Sunaina because I like both cooking and eating. Fortunately without compromising my taste buds ;) in four months I lost 13kg weight. The only difference is that I have learned to eat properly and quantity wise ... as much hungry as it goes into my plate. ...... especially junk food has declined sheer. A regular day and quantity of junk food is also given by the doctor. ... which I found the most amazing thing.

It is not that I had to lose weight due to a reduction in food, as well as had to workout but very lightly as per doctor's suggestion.So that the body can stay fit and healthy. And do not return the deductible weight.
