She also helps change the diets in case there are certain foods you do not feel like eating. I lost 5kgs during pregnancy also (since I was overweight), but the baby weight was still normal and healthy. After a point I did not gain too much weight also and was able to maintain a healthy weight. I would recommend her for pre and post partum diet suggestions.
