I have been working with Ms. Mehak for some time now, and I couldn't be happier with the progress I've made. She has been incredibly supportive, compassionate, and dedicated to helping me work through my challenges.

From the very first session, I felt comfortable and at ease with her. She has gone to an extent to offer early morning or late evening/ night appointments, adjusting session lengths to fit my schedule, and even offering online sessions. This kind of flexibility and dedication is a testament to her professionalism and expertise as a therapist.

I have been in therapy with Mehak for a little over a year now, and it’s been a year of deep self-reflection, unpacking of deep-rooted anxiety and the holding of space for feelings and core needs that have never been acknowledged before. Mehak has sat with me in the discomfort of breaking down existing belief-systems and guided me with empathy through the process of rebuilding myself. Darkness of pain and uncertainty can seem infinite and impossible to end when, we only have known the pain of fear for so long, as it would seem like an eternity. A trusted relative of mine suggested Dr. Mehak Arora and her centre. At first it felt impossibly difficult to open up, as to opening up to even myself felt to so so hard, since talking to even my own self, without getting confused and frustrated was very difficult. Then at my first session, I was induced in such a way, that I immediately felt to be in my own dark room, but with a friend, who would listen to me and Mehak did listen to me, and bit by bit but with more and more sessions, opening up became easy. My first session with Ms Mehak was back in July 2019. It was during the time when I was going through alot of emotional turmoil and was barely able to make sense of what was going inside of me. I was dealing with alot of anxiety and stress which had lead to physical symptoms. In my first session all I did was just cry..it has been almost 6 months and during this period Ms Mehak has been able to build such a rapport that I've been able to discuss some of the most unpleasant childhood memories and also come to terms with my anxiety. Ms Mehak has been able to provide me with different perspective to my situations, during the sessions we have talked about my anxiety and related symptoms very openly. there was a time when my family was a bit hesitant about my therapy sessions but Mehak provided me with a better understanding of how to deal with such hurdles. I have also been able to make peace certain aspects about myself, I am still working on my tendency to self loath and practice more of self compassion.I will.highly recommend Ms Mehak

I have been suffering from severe depressive episodes all my life and have a deep rooted problems which had been unsolved for years now. I had consulted many psychiatrists, and therapists to no fruit before reaching Dr Mehak. She performed a proper diagnosis through a series of tests rather than outright recommending me to therapy or medicines.

When we started therapy, we immediately clicked, as she is very nice, all ears, lets me speak and after hearing fully gives her opinions. She follows a holistic approach, connects me to other doctors whenever I request.

I have been severely depressed all my life but only after a few sessions with her I have. Started feeling much better.

Overall Mehak believes in impact and is a gem to find. She always try her level best to make time for me and the friends I recommend her to. While she has established a close working relationship with me, listens to my grievances, she also keeps the interactions highly professional, striking me at the right points which make me look within and force me to think. Her regular consultations and accommodating nature has been very supportive in my recovery

I have been going to Mehak ma'am for three months now. When I started out, I was basically concerned about my mental health and how I was prone to self-destructive behaviour. As someone who is very guarded and takes a lot of time to be vulnerable and receptive, I was able to build a good rapport with Ms. Mehak and she helped me open up a lot by creating a space where I could feel free to express myself and not worry about being judged or manipulated. My regular therapy sessions with ma'am have allowed me to take care of my mental health, get emotional support in times of need and to be able to reflect and improve upon how I make choices and decisions on a daily basis.

I have been in touch with Dr. Mehak for more than 3 months now. I have gone through 7-8 sessions. She is extremely kind, professional and makes you feel comfortable during the sessions with her utmost attention. She first made me realize that I have stress and anxiety and we are still working on it. She never puts her opinions on me, rather gives me time to realize my issues by guiding me in the right direction. After each session I have seen little improvements in myself and have been more in touch with my emotions. I feel more positive after every session.
