If I say that Ms. Leenoor Foning changed my perception towards life and myself, it wouldn't be an exaggeration. When I first went to see her, I was grieving. I had recently lost my father and was facing a lot of issues in my personal and professional life. She made me comfortable so that I can open up to her for sharing my feelings. It all happened very slowly yet effectively. She helped me learn my self-worth and encouraged me to work on myself every day. We spent almost a year together, and I could see the difference in my personality and behavior.Ms. Leenoor never forced me to share something that I was not comfortable sharing with her at that particular time. She gave me time and independence to think about having the sessions in my own way. She also helped me connect with my inner feelings and relate them to my behavior. That way, I was able to see where I needed to improve or what I should do more often to keep myself happy/content.It was a great experience knowing myself with all the help I got from Ms. Leenoor. I had an experience of depression-episode during my teenage, and even though I took counseling at that time, it always felt that I was not healed. Its traces remained inside me. It got worsened by all the experiences and traumas that I faced while growing up. These sessions helped me fix most of the past issues and recent ones.I thank Ms. Leenoor so much for helping me learn how to know myself and handle life in a better way. It's not like I won't face anything in my life ever again, but I think I can manage them in a better way now. All thanks to her.

- She figured out that I am a claustrophobic person, I was not able understand it and was avoiding my panic attacks

These sessions have been like mind cleansing sessions. It helps me identify & channelize my inner thoughts & callings. I would highly recommend one must attend her session and pour his/ her heart out to her with all the problems that you are facing in personal or professional front and she will definatly figure out a possible solutions for you.
