With time my work demands and ups and downs in my relationship would keep resulting in flare ups.. When I went to her, I found a good listener n great friend.. she connected with me and understood what I am going through.. after the few sessions she shared her story of life and the treatment plan for me.

She also gave me a muscle relaxation therapy which was basically for releasing all the negativity inside me so that I gain my happy soul back.

Till now I have never taken any decisions for myself but now I’ve gained that confidence to just look forward and do whatever I like.

She has been there with me with all the support and motivation.. We are still working on the rest. My anxiety issue no more exists.. I am able to control my overthinking and comparison habit and I strongly recommend her if you need any kind of psychological help.
