I was skeptical about therapy, having had unhelpful experiences in the past, but the experience with her was entirely different. She treated me with the utmost compassion and care. She helped me rationalise my anxiety and stress, and provided measures to overcome the same. She even helped me uncover hidden issues that may be causing me stress that I was unaware of and made me address them. Needless to say she has been empathetic and nonjudgemental throughout. I strongly feel that my coping skills have improved, and I feel more in control. She challenged me when needed and made me realise where I went unreasonable.

I am now able to manage stressful situations with a new sense of calm and control. Not only have my relationships improved in cases where I had given up, but also I feel capable of moving forward and enjoying my life with my loved ones!
