She's been helping people for over 15 years, so I hoped she could figure out what was wrong with me.

Ila Sharma's approach was totally different. First thing she did was cut out milk and those specific veggies that were making me feel bad. It wasn’t easy, but she helped me through it and made sure I was okay. Then, after a while, when my stomach started to feel better, she slowly began to add those foods back into my diet, one at a time, to see how I'd handle them.
