Depression & Sleep Issue

I was thinking of consulting Psychologist but was also thinking what different would they say or do?

So i did try meditation and followed motivational videos . They did help but was not long term and permanent. I started feeling depressed and was fatigue all through the day .That s when i pushed myself to consult Dr Harsimran after seeing her reviews.

The way she handled me and her approach towards looking at problem is very logical and practical .It is been 6 months and there are no depressive thoughts or feelings.

She has a meticulous approach to look into things. She will not only converse but also does several exercises which relaxes the body and the mind.
