Dr Ashu has been a part of my routine diet for the past 5 months. I am 37yrs old and wanted to get healthy with a balanced diet plan. When I find that my TSH is 8.5 which after following her 3 months plan when I got my blood test done again I find it reduced to 6.2 .But if you want proper results for any condition don’t force your doctor to write food which you want let her do which is good for your problem.

I consulted doctor for weight loss treatment. Considering my busy schedule, the treatment plan was altered to my schedule and taste. There was enough relaxation given during work travel, vacations and social events. Inspite of the regular mode of life, I managed to loose around 20kgs in 10 months. Its a stable diet plan and easy to continue even after the treatment duration. The consultation is done every 7-10 days and if you are not present in the location ,then it's done virtual.
