I visited Dr. Upendra to recover my knee & regain leg strength- post my knee dislocation. My usual walking style had changed due to the injury & it involved pain, trauma & limping almost every-time I tried to climb stairs or walk. His sessions involved medium to intense exercises, cupping & needling as well whenever required which in just few sessions got me back to normal. Other than during the session, he also helped me with exercises and practices I could do at home for faster recovery. 10/10 & 100% recommend his physiotherapy practices!

I consulted Dr. Upendra for pain in arm/shoulder. He understood problem well and explained future course in very first meeting, which helped in planning my other activities. My pain reduced significantly just after couple of sessions. Along with the specific issue, he looked at overall structural balance and also treated minor issues related to back/spine. His treatment included both exercises (with & without weight) and electronic massage using latest gadgets. Overall, very satisfying experience.

I came to know about him via my sister who had some chronic knee issue for which she had used the physio’s services. I was sceptical since I live in Uttarakhand and it was a hassle to come to Gurgaon for physiotherapy but since I had this issue for more than 2 months I took the leap of faith. I am 58 year old male, have been having pain on my right thing. This was since Dec 2021. I visited a place for treatment and no respite.

But when I met Dr. Upendra in the very first visit... I repeat that in the very first visit he identified the problem. He said that I can be fit in five sittings but I was alright in 4 visits.

I had elbow dislocated and multiple fractures in wrist. Post the cast was taken off I could barley move my hand .Dr. Upendra told me he make it normal with 4 weeks . But he did it in 22 days . He motivates and heals people. I fully recommend all to go to him if they need any Physiotherapy.

I was suffering from pain in the arm & soulder since 4 month after minor injuries. My arm were not move fully vertically & horizontally. I was unable to do any work with hand . Arm pain was increasing during sleeping. I went to orthopedic docter for treatment, He adviced me for physiotherapy. I consulted to Dr. Upender yadav for physiotherapy,he understood the problem and explained me for future course in first meeting & he started physiotherapy. After first day of physiotherapy treatment, arm pain reduced & arm movement increasing vertically & horizontally . After 10 sitting of phsyiotherapy my arm & soulder movement is ok vertically & horizontally and pain is 80% reduced ,I am doing exercise at home and now I am doing work with both hand.
