Dr AJ is an amazing doctor. I struggled with this neck and shoulder pain for a year and went to many Physios and took many medicines as recommended by various doctors but my situation did not improve! I even started cutting my active lifestyle till I met him . I still remember what he said to me the first time I met him ..he said " Gary, I will cure you fully. You have to come 3 times a week for next 6months." He also said " don't limit your movement and life style. Do what you were doing before the Injury. Just come to me." It took a year to get back to full recovery but it is worth it:-) . He is not only a brilliant doctor but very good at encouraging his patients:-) I call him " God's gift"

I am an endurance cyclist and I was suffering from lower back pain. I was lucky enough to land up in Theracare by chance and meet Doctor Anuj Sharma. He explained the root cause of the problem and from day one onwards the pain had started to go away. His advice on being aware about your own body is something very rare that one would hear from a doctor. He and his whole team is great. It has been 4 sessions of therapy till now and to be honest my back pain is completely gone, although work still remains as the muscles are to be strengthened to correct the root of the problem. I would surely recommend Theracare.

I have been treated by Dr. Anuj Sharma and his team of doctors at Theracare past 4 months now. I would highly recommend each one of them be it home visit or clinic visit. The gradual treatment progression, understanding patients issues, scheduling sessions as per convenience, trying to give a wholistic treatment is something awesome with them which is a rare quality in doctors these days.

They would recommend exercises as per office, home whatever suits the patient and makes him recover fast.
