We were actively looking out for a good physiotherapist/physiotherapy center for my father who suffered a stroke 3 years back. We tried service like Portea and found that Portea physios did not have empathetic attitude towards the patient and did not show any inclination to heal the patient in a holistic way. Ms. Saroj and Mr Ishwar have done a great job in striking a bonding with my father and providing a more holistic and empathetic physio treatment. Their services are both economical and effective and its been more than 4 months and i am a regular visitor there.

It was a great experience with Dr Saroj Ji. My husband went to consult about my lower back pain which was an ongoing issue from last few years. Due to the on and off pain, he found it hard to strength-train on regular basis. We consulted other physiotherapists in the past and they have simply treated it with wave therapy which even Dr Saroj Ji did but what really sets her apart from others is the explaination behind what is done. She explained why lower back pain happens, the causes in detail. She helped me realize that bad posture is the biggest culprit and how our body responds to different postures. Not only that, with every session, she suggested how to include good posture habits in our daily routine, some very light excercises to strengthen your core. I liked that she treated the issue not just professionally but giving personal tips so to help it long term. I would strongly recommend her.

The doctor closely watched me performing the exercises and corrected me where required. After 10 sessions I have fully recovered from my pain.
