Dr Ruchita is a well experienced professional with good analytical skills. I had a lot of pain in the upper leg due to an old implant playing up. She analysed and understood the cause quickly and advised set of excercises to strengthen the week muscles. I had to go for a high altitude trek and had only 6 weeks to make full recovery. She took up the challenge and kept improvising the excercises over 3-4 sessions. I made excellent recovery and was able to successfully do my trek without any issues. Would definitely recommend Dr Ruchita and Orthocure clinic.

So I hurt my shoulder in Chandigarh during a Pilates class in nov 2019. My situation slowly started getting worse every day. Went to see a physiotherapist, ortho, chiropractor all in Chandigarh but no one could help me...after few months corona started and I completely gave up on my shoulder. Then one day a fitness trainer suggested to take a video consultation and immediately Dr Ruchita came to my mind because when I used to live in Gurgaon, she detected my Diastasis Recti. During the video call, she made me do many movements and detected something that no one told me earlier about my shoulder. I slowly started doing the exercises she recommended and within 2 months my arm started feeling stronger. I could sleep on my left side which I earlier couldn’t. And best part was Dr Ruchita stayed in regular touch herself even when I forgot. For me she was god sent. I can’t thank you enough ever.

Dr Ruchika is excellent! She listens to your concerns and issues and understands very well. She is very thorough and accurate in her assessment and treatment. The best part is she explains the problem and the solution with such clarity it is easy to understand the science behind the issues and is very comforting. She is always available and proactive in helping you out and will answer all questions patiently. A very lovely abs productive experience. My issues have reduced significantly thanks to her approach.

I went to her for issues relating to L4 L5 S1. She spent a fair amount of time in understanding and analysing my issues and then explained, in detail, the course of action that she proposes..

She didn't use one mode of treatment but a combination of needling, physiotherapy and exercises. Progress was slow but sure.

The option provided to me by my orthopaedic doctor was back surgery.

Dr Ruchita is brilliant! She really knows her stuff, her lovely down to earth and approachable manner instantly puts you at rest. She was able to confidently diagnose my Rotator Cuff issue and treat it. I noticed a steady improvement after each session and after a month of treatment my progress has been incredible.

The minute you walk in there is a sense of warmth and genuine caring. Everything at the clinic is of the highest standard, from booking an appointment to aftercare and you are never pressurized into taking on endless rounds of treatment. I can't praise the team high enough and wouldn’t hesitate for a second in recommending them to anyone in a similar position as myself.

I was having back pain for quite some time and visited her after a doctor's recommendation. My problem was not something that had a solution as such, but she took time to understand my problem, doctor's diagnosis, and also inspected thoroughly to understand my body, how it feels as a whole. She was very patient and really helpful with all my queries. And in the end, also explained how we will be working, and what will be providing me the relief from the pain. So far, I feel great. Really recommended.
