I was extremely fortunate to have Dr. Riya Jain as my physiotherapist during my rehabilitation after ACL reconstruction with meniscus repair. She is exceptionally sincere, focused, compassionate, and deeply invested in her patients’ progress. Her commitment goes far beyond routine physiotherapy sessions, she genuinely cares about recovery outcomes.
Dr. Riya is an expert in post-ACL rehabilitation and handles the many intricacies of recovery with great skill and precision. During the early phases, when I struggled with knee flexion and extension, she stood like a rock behind me, constantly adapting exercises, introducing different techniques, and even involving other physiotherapists to ensure the best possible progress. The rehabilitation program included a well-planned mix of strength training, resistance exercises, proprioception, plyometrics, and hot and cold therapy.
One moment I will always remember is her genuine excitement and happiness when I finally achieved full knee flexion post surgery. It reflected how personally invested she was in my recovery. I attribute most of my rehabilitation success to her guidance and persistence, and I consider myself extremely fortunate to have had a physiotherapist like Dr. Riya Jain. Highly recommended for anyone undergoing ACL rehabilitation.
