Her approach is evidence based, and includes strategies from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy ( ACT) , Dialectical Behaviour Therapy ( DBT), Child-Centered Play Therapy ( CCPT), and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). She is trained internationally to deliver all of these therapies. She has also completed introduction and advanced courses in Child-Centered Play Therapy from the University of North Texas, USA. She had an opportunity to observe various clinical & community based services offered at Boston Children’s Hospital as she was accepted for a Global partnership program of the Department of Psychiatry (Harvard Medical School teaching Hospital, USA).
