Once I took the appointment I was asked to wait for 23 days but my issues were so serious that I called the doctor and she out of courtesy took me immediately and attented to me which I thought was the most important gesture. Then when I met her she addressed my issues and was extremely helpful wkth her words and the things she asked me to do really really made things better for me and my family. I would really really recommend her for any problems.

I had lot of issues during college time, i.e., courses were really stressful and I used to face burnouts more frequently than before. But when I visited Dr. Poonam she listened to me very emphatically and completely understood the issues that I was facing. After 3-4 sessions over the course of 2-3 weeks, we discussed on where I was going wrong and what we can do to handle stress, manage time better, etc. She also identified the root cause from which the above-mentioned issues had sprouted and once I started working on that, things started becoming much better thereafter.

Not only that, I was also preparing for placements during that time and she used to follow-up with me atleast 2-3 times a month to check on how was my preparation going, whether there any blockers or if I am facing any kind of stress. She was always willing to take out time for sessions if I was stressed at any point of time during those days.
