my brother visited for counseling...she has set pattern for each patient...after telling about medications also that he is taking ,she didn't worried to tell before session that it should not be taking.. and which Dr suggest taking 2 sessions together just for sake of distance...healing takes time, it's not eating 2 tablets in one go...I will not suggest this dr...it's about dealing with emotions of someone...unhappy with her treatment after 5 sessions

Me and my wife consulted Dr Munia for 3 months between January to March 2020, during the course of which we took around 10 therapy sessions. I am writing this feedback so late because the initial feeling that I had was that things are improving, *** ** ** ****** *** I will explain why for anyone who cares about their time and money...

1. In my 1st session itself I asked the doctor why she was not taking notes as I was explaining through my problems ******** * ******* **** ***** ********* ******** *** ****** *** ***** *********** *** ****** ******* ***** ******* * *** ********* * but she said that she remembers everything so she doesn't need to take a note * *** **** **** ** **** *** *** * *** ** * ** ** ******** ******** **** *** ***** ** **** ***** ******** *** ****** *** She actually gave me a list of around 9 sessions that I would need to take.

2. In my next session I went to her with 10 pages of notes about different incidents and observations that I believed were crucial to understanding why the things went wrong. Initially she said, "Please leave the notes with me , I will read them later". When I insisted to discuss about that she said, "If we keep thinking and discussing about the past we are never going to get over with the trauma". The psychologist, Dr, Munia Bhattacharya conducted an initial assessment to understand the nature and severity of my anxiety disorder. She used questionnaires, interviews, and other assessment tools to evaluate the symptoms and identified any underlying factors that may contribute to my anxiety.

Based on the assessment, she collaborated with me to set specific treatment goals. The goals included reducing the intensity and frequency of anxiety symptoms, improving coping skills, and enhancing the overall quality of my life.

Dr. Munia used CBT, which is a type of therapy that focuses on changing negative thought patterns and behaviours that contribute to anxiety. CBT involved various techniques such as exposure therapy, relaxation training, and cognitive restructuring.

Mindfulness-Based Interventions: She used mindfulness-based interventions, such as mindfulness meditation, to help me develop a greater awareness and acceptance of my thoughts and feelings.

Medication: My psychologist prescribed medication to manage symptoms of anxiety, such as anti-anxiety medication or antidepressants.

Lifestyle Changes: My psychologist also recommends lifestyle changes to support my mental health, such as regular exercise, a healthy diet, and stress management techniques.

Regular Monitoring and Feedback: She regularly monitors my progress towards their treatment goals and provides feedback and guidance as needed. She made adjustments to my adaptiveness to the therapy.

Had an overall amazing experience with the help of Dr. Munia Bhattacharya which changed my perspective towards life.

Dr Munia is a great doctor for those who are looking for emotional and mental help.

I have consulted her for seeking help for emotional/ psychological problems both in my personal/ professional life. My wife have also consulted her. Dr Munia listened carefully/ patiently and advised various methods/ therapies/ solutions as to how to take care of my issues. She explained the solution alongwith the rationale very politely. She is very professional and keep the client information very confidential ( she has never shared any information relating to even my wife with me). I took the therapies suggested by her and adhere to the solutions recommended by her and feeling much better now. She is always available for help on whatsapp messages.

I visited Dr Munia to reinstate my marriage life. I was having disturbed marriage life for almost last 2 years. Led to trust issues between me and my husband, and that was even impacting our kids. Life became full with misery , stress. In our first meeting , Dr Munia softly heard us while driving the discussion in a very polite manner. She probed us gently to find the relationship bottlenecks and the differences. She gave both of us some homework and ask us to share it confidentially with her. That homework was a brief narration of certain points identified by the Dr Munia. Doctor was approachable in between on phone and WhatsApp and she guided us to complete the narration accurately. I was surprised to see that how she could Diagnose our private issues so correctly. She suggested me & my husband 10 separate therapy sessions. Each sessions were different. It was a blend of Neuro linguistic programming , hypnosis and other latest psychotherapies. Notable I met other psychologists prior meeting to Dr Munia. Honestly saying their techniques were very limited to counselling and CBT and impact was temporary.

Coming back to our experience with Dr Munia. We started feeling changes in our behaviour after we took our third therapy session. Magically healthy emotions started coming back in our life. Gradually we stopped finding reasons to fight. Dr Munias fairy touch brought Love back in our almost dead relationship. We will be grateful to her for the life … I recommend Dr Munia for all couples going through relationship issues in life. She is extraordinary…God bless Dr Munia.
