Ms. Mariella Zanoletti

I have had a few sessions with Ms. Mariella. I was looking for therapy to help me come out of a difficult phase. I found Ms. Mariella to be eady to speak to, and I have been very comfortable to share and explain conditions that have caused me distress and confusion. As this is the first time I have committed to therapy, I wondered how difficult it would be as a process to Narrate and unravel my situations. But the first session eased me, I felt comfortable and saw that it had a positive effect on me. I felt lighter and hopeful. Which is why I was able to commit even more deeply to therapy. The few ways that my sessions have been helpful are that I was able to see new perspectives, learnt to forgive, see that the past doesn’t determine one’s present and that small steps towards a larger goal are easier to take than to see the larger goal and be intimidated by it. I have learnt that change is easier than I thought it is once you see the positive effect of good change, and that it’s okay to take time to change.The sessions made my recovery possible and I feel stronger and more positive. I look forward to my sessions so I can work towards my goals towards my well being and be better equipped to reach my overall goals .

Very good experience! Have been visiting the doctor for around 2 years now and I must say sessions have helped me a lot to overcome my anxiety and depression issues. She has helped a lot to know myself and my issues better. She listens very patiently and gives her valuable feedback

She takes cash, and she does not give any receipt for the money she takes. also she will not provide any prescription or anything for your record professionally on a letterhead as she does not have any. She see me in someone else consultant room and she did not provide any suggestions or therapy to me for the session just took my money, looks like she even does not have her own clinic. Doctor Mariella has a very professional and warm approach when it comes to dealing with traditional issues. I felt that some of the approaches used were very unprofessional and not thought out well, especially considering I was su*c*d*l and it almost pushed me to the edge. I’m thankful that I was able to lift myself out of that. Dr. Mariella is great but needs to be more considerate, **************** ********** *** ************* ** *** ********** because of the sensitive nature of this career.

Mariella is a good listener and has a great insight on details when it comes to counselling. I reached out to Mariella on recommendation of a close family friend to get help on depression. Initially I was quite skeptical of how therapy would help my situation but after few sessions I could feel a notable difference in the way I viewed and approached problems.

Mariella has a warm and friendly demeanour about her that almost instantly puts you at ease. She is unassuming and non-judgmental which makes it fairly easy to open up to her. I went to her with myriad issues and settled on seeking help with couples counseling. After seeing several counselors that did not help our situation, Mariella was proactive in getting us to communicate in a way that saved our marriage. She was able to point out toxic patterns of communication and provided alternative approaches that considerably helped us channel the love we have for each other into communicating with empathy rather than disdain. I have to say, she is excellent. I cannot recommend her enough and will continue seeing her especially while our marriage is in a good place so that we can continue to work on our marriage.
