Really happy with the time he gave us and explained us things so well professionally and patiently. He personally comes at the reception area to call his next patient very generously. We are much more relaxed and clear reagrding all the confusion we had related to the problem. He was not in hurry and gave us enough time till the time we were fully satisfied. Thank you so much. In summary, fairly satisfied.Positives: he had a clear approach to diagnosis and remained friendly & approachable throughout the consultation. The testing facilities are swanky too. His advise appears to be working; it has been a few weeks since the consultation and I have been feeling better & more equipped to deal with what seems to be a relatively unusual disease.Negatives: the doctor promised to send an email detailing his diagnosis, suggested course of treatment and do's & don'ts, etc. later as he was running late towards the end of my consultation. The email never came through! Since he over -promised and under-delivered, it has left me with no written proof of ever being diagnosed with any ailment!!The lady at the front desk seemed genuinely disinterested in the going-on's

Dr explained the various aspects and explained the problem. Patiently answered all queries. The environment was found to be adhering to the Covid protocols. Adjustments to the hearing aids was done to my satisfaction.

I really appreciate that Mr. Malik takes the time to explain the issues, possible causation and treatments to the patients clearly. ********* ************* *** personable. Very grateful to have access to such an amazing doctor.
