I’m an 18 year old boy and have been struggling with pain and tightness all over my body, in areas including my ankles, knees, glutes, hips, spine, rotator cuffs, neck and shoulders. Everyday was a struggle. I had to wake up with a headache and was forced to live life “normally” even though my body felt... unusual. I have been suffering with lower back pain issues for last 2 years. This pain was radiation to my right buttock area. Residing in USA, i saw Chiropractors, Orthopedics who made me go through X-Ray and MRI and concluded that there was nothing wrong. I was in awe of the diagnosis and to someone who is being troubled by an issue to finally know what it is and how it can be treated is the most wonderful news.

He gave me confidence that this is something which can be easily treated. I had around 6-8 sessions with Dr. Harish and it was miraculous. The tightness in my leg and buttock subsided and lower back is almost back to normal.

Dr. Harish is extremely friendly and even though he is very busy because of his great demand *** *****, he still ensures he spends enough consultation time with everyone who visits. He has a unique trait of know everything about skeleton as well as muscles which makes the treatment results much faster. This comes at a very affordable fee.

His staff is very efficient and i would recommend anyone suffering with major issues related to skeleton or muscles to visit him at least once. I will ensure that upon every visit to India, i will visit him for body adjustments to stay in shape.

I suffered typhoid jaundice 3 years ago and my life was miserable since then. After few months rest when I started my job my health started deteriorating. Everyday was painful and every night was a nighmare. I soon developed severe back pain with numbness in my left leg. It was difficult to walk and sleep. As my job involved travel and long sitting it became more severe. I was diagnosed with swelling in L4-L5, slip disk, compression of the back, piriformis syndrome and a bend of backbone on the left side. I quit my job and consulted many doctors with no much success. Even after regular phsiotherapy for 3-4 months condition didn’t improve. The next two years were miserable as well with no to a little bit improvement. He is brilliant doctor. He has a good command over his work. Within first 3 days he corrected my lower spine. After 3 years I can walk properly. Now i can feel my leg and it is getting stronger day by day. He corrected the bend on the left in the next few sessions. Over the past two years I developed a compensatory backbone bend on the right on the upper back and problem with the C4-C7 in the neck. He even treated them with so ease that it doesn’t bother me anymore. He has given a new hope to me and I really feel indebted to him.

I stopped by this Center with various health issues and some, with long term pains. So I look on the internet a chiropractor nearby and I chose by chance Dr Harish Grover painflame clinic pushed the door of his beautiful center after more than 1 year of pain, it was for me the last resort to my pain that I could not bear nervously.

During the first consultation, he took the time to listen to me and explain to me how chiropractic functioned. It was the first time that I really felt listened and understood. It was also the first time that I heard someone tell me with certainty that he was going to relieve me .

He is not going to do any miracle in one visit if I could devote some couple of visits he can definitely help me that what he told me that it could take time and that regular sessions were needed to correct defects that did not appear in 1 day (repetition of gestures being the key success). He also told me that he was going to act on the source of the pain and not just relieve the consequences of tension. I have been visiting to harish Chiropractic Wellness and by having the Center for approximately 6 years so far Chiropractic care for my neck and upper back have improved dramatically. One of my main problems is my atlas which I have adjusted occasionally.I got this in a car accident back in August 2016 this problem has been completely shorted out by Dr. Harish Grover h. Chiropractic care and manual therapy combinations have improved my quality of life by decreasing the pain I was living with on a daily basis. Sitting at a computer most of the day is the biggest culprit, but Dr gave me some very good stretching exercises to use to help keep me from being in pain constantly. I don’t believe I was ever a skeptic about Chiropractic care. It just makes a lot of sense that if your spine is out of alignment, it can affect a variety of conditions. Most important I am very lucky that I’ve not had to have surgery. I think the Harish's Painflame clinic has a great team and I’ve been very pleased with not only the treatment I’ve received, but the wonderful staff and smiling face around they have who are very professional and customer service oriented.

5 star is nothing.. the infinite stars would have done something to appreciate not the doctor but *** ********* Harish Grover". My partner was in the severe condition of SCIATICA, and he tried all the things he could, he himself being the fitfreak, could not make exercises help him.

Needling...physio... Cupping.. wet cupping... Prayers.. etc etc nothing worked.. only the money got wasted.

He could not stand, sit, lie down..walk.. nothing...

Then Dr. Harish Grover and his team came in our lives... I couldn't consider them less than Gods.. in just 1st session he was relieved from the unending pain... His staff is super trained..

Hiii I am living in Gurgaon working from home these days because of covid due to consistently sitting I have developed lower back pain and it start going down in my leg . I had a lot of problems to walk and sit. the doctor had asked me for surgery. I took appointments for surgery eventually I thought of taking second opinion with dr Harish Grover at painflame clinic he made me sure it get better without surgery I couldn’t believe him but I thought of giving him a chance at very first day my leg pain felt less about 50 percent I did couple of more visit and now I am feeling lot better more then 95 percent also he insure this remaining pain will go away with right type of exercises now I am wondering why my doctor told me for surgery if could have better with chiropractic treatment.
