I’m an 18 year old boy and have been struggling with pain and tightness all over my body, in areas including my ankles, knees, glutes, hips, spine, rotator cuffs, neck and shoulders. Everyday was a struggle. I had to wake up with a headache and was forced to live life “normally” even though my body felt... unusual. I suffered typhoid jaundice 3 years ago and my life was miserable since then. After few months rest when I started my job my health started deteriorating. Everyday was painful and every night was a nighmare. I soon developed severe back pain with numbness in my left leg. It was difficult to walk and sleep. As my job involved travel and long sitting it became more severe. I was diagnosed with swelling in L4-L5, slip disk, compression of the back, piriformis syndrome and a bend of backbone on the left side. I quit my job and consulted many doctors with no much success.
