Like every expectant parent, we had read a lot on the internet over the course of our pregnancy but Dr. Yogyata told us of so many things of which we had not read online. Logical and easy to follow. Yogyata was really helpful as she went out of her way to ensure that I understood the importance of the physiotherapy with regards to my shoulder arthroscopic surgery. Very practical. When she saw that my progress was processing better than normal, she even told me to extend my physiotherapy appointment by another week as it was not necessary to consult before then.

My recovery has been fast, faster than expected, with the kind of help I have received.
