After trying countless therapists, I finally ended up connecting with Ms. Arushi via Emoneeds. I wanted to seek help regarding anxiety and possible depression after a personal set-back and Ms. Arushi has been a constant source of support and growth for me in the last 5 months that I have been in therapy. She is extremely empathetic, patient and kind with her overall approach. She devised a clear plan for me and our sessions have been immensely structured with specific goals to be achieved via therapy. She helped me identify the problem areas and clearly charted out a strategy. Her friendly nature and calm personality are a big plus and make for a very positive interaction.
