After my knee surgery replacement, I was in a lot of pain and even the thought of physiotherapy and the pain that came along with it terrified me to my bones. At a time when I couldn't even lift my leg on my own, I was expected to climb stairs. But Mr. Amardeep took out time to walk me through each exercise and it's purpose. It not only helped me understand the treatment but also made me feel more engaged and committed to the process. He came up with a unique solution for my every problem. Be it my cramps or my back pain,he always came up with ways to help me. His personalized exercise plan has been very effective and I have noticed significant improvements in my mobility and comfort.
